We are pleased to invite you to a special day dedicated to collaborative anthropology in Amazonia. We will have the presence of José Pimenta (University of Brasilia), who will present the talk "History of the Ashaninka of the Amonia River (Brazilian Amazonia)". In addition, we will have the pleasure of having his participation in the screening and discussion of the award-winning short film Pawa's Sentence (2020) which explores the art of Ashaninka weaving. Also joining this event will be Cristiana Bertazoni, Carla Jaimes Betancourt and Karoline Noack with valuable perspectives on collaborative projects with indigenous peoples in Amazonia.
